MAALA is a up-and-coming pop artist from New Zealand who's already made some waves for himself with his debut track, "Touch", from six months ago (it's amassed over 100K plays on SoundCloud). We've had our eye on him ever since, and now, with his second track, "Unbound", the improvement we hear is simply remarkable. His first track had all the tangibles to hook us in, to be fair, but this new track has won us completely over. From its hair-raising production, to the falsetto-led hooks inside, there's a lot to be excited about here, and we think the potential for MAALA has just been raised to a whole new level as a result.
