In this slow-moving rework, TURTLE allows Lyla's vocals to remain front and center while he brings up his production additions in a slow and methodical manner. It takes well over two minutes for everything to really get going on this rework, but that's not the point here, because its not about a destination, but the journey that the track takes you on.
