Lucy Mason and her unique blend of pop have been gaining some serious momentum over the past year, and it appears that she still has much more in store for us. The last time we heard from her, she released a dark and passionate track titled "Seas of Grey", and today, she's returning with an equally excellent and appealingly unique effort entitled "Lightning Strikes". When it comes to electro-pop, this song is about as solid as we have ever come across. Lucy's vocals are spot-on, the instrumentation behind her is layered to perfection, and the overall structure of it strays nicely from the basic and repetitive pop route. We're betting that it won't be too long until we get to hear some more new material from Lucy, but for now, we can (and will) enjoy her latest release below.
