The UK music scene has been destroying the pop game lately with incredible female singer-songwriters and acts such as Ella Eyre, Kaleida, and Robyn Sherwell, who have all been producing powerful pop music on a consistent basis. With a music scene this well-developed, it stands to reason, then, that this particular environment would be conducive to harboring fledgling talent that is finally making its way to us, and surely, Australian-born, now-London-residing singer-songwriter Lucy Mason such a talent. After releasing her debut single, “White As Snow”, and a subsequent EP in March last year, she's back and stronger than ever with a brand-new demo, “All You Want”. Fans of Lucy's previous work will appreciate the growth on display with this latest track. Her voice is at its most commanding here as it powers through the polished composition with ease. Swelling string give the production a certain depth that we saw hints of with her EP, but it's fully accomplished with this release, and we dig it.
