With comparisons to Lykke Li flying around already, this Toronto-based singer/songwriter is well on her way to a promising career. This year, she's already dropped two tracks that have been catching buzz across the internet, but today with the release of "The Bells", we're seeing her at her best. Lowell commands confidently with the effort, but not in any overwhelming sense; rather, it's more of a maverick tone she utilizes, letting her music speak for itself; and it's this firm confidence making us think that her debut EP, I Killed Sara V, is going to turn a lot of heads come February 25th.
