Around this time last year, Chicago-based duo Louis The Child dropped an addictive K.Flay-assisted track called "It's Strange", and it seems they've found a similar sonic parallel with ever-burgeoning artist Elohim today, as the three connect on a crisply crafted single titled "Love Is Alive". The piece certainly marks a huge stride for the two producers who tacked on a massive social following last year, as they are now exposing a more refined sound here beside Elohim's mystifying, "existential" pop. Exultant songwriting and echoed, pop-laden vocals blend seamlessly with what bass is provided, and they both make for an immersive and amazing listen overall.
