At this point, expecting Lorde's debut album, Pure Heroine, to be one of the year's best, is not reading a crystal ball, it's simply just expected with 100% confidence from everyone across the board. The way Lorde has busted into the world of music has been absolutely remarkable. Going from a quiet debut EP release to being one of the biggest stars in pop music all within 7 months just goes to show you that pure talent will always supersede any amount of dollars you can throw into marketing. While we wait for Pure Heroine to drop on September 30th, Lorde let loose the newest track to come from the album yesterday while she was in Paris. Of course the production on "Team" is just as on point as Lorde is.
