Way back in January of 2013 before Lorde-mania unfurled, we warned you about the eventual influx of Lorde remixes that would inevitably occur. Nowadays, it seems like we get hit up with someone submitting a cover, remix, flip or fake feature every day. Of course, there have been some great tracks by some great artists, but there have also been some god-awful ones. Sadly, it's gotten to a point now where if we see a Lorde interpretation in any form, our eyes immediately roll back into our head. That's not to say we're completely close-minded on this, though, it just means there's a very small chance we will give it a look. As for this Nightizm track, though, it came on randomly after we were playing a song on SoundCloud as part of their "Related" algorithm. It immediately caught our ear, and has us now writing to you all about it. Nightizm's remix is trap-based, one could call it "melodic", even, but we'd just rather just call it a good remix. The other noteworthy thing here is the fact that he's remixing one of the lesser-played tracks from Pure Heroine ("A World Alone"). So, if you didn't enjoy the original, this remix will make up for that.
