If you're a new, up-and-coming electronic producer these days, it's advised to have a sound that's not only incomparable to all others, but has it's own undeniably pulling appealing that gives it its own extra edge. Australian producer Loocid has all the aforementioned boxes ticked, and even his namesake expresses a bit of his particularly off-world sound. His striking debut, "Dreams", is what's really drawing us in, of course, and within the effort, there's a lot of really cool stuff going on. We're not going to break down every angle of the sound, or painstakingly analyze all the contents within it, though; we're far more eager to have you, yourself, take an immediate peek into the atmosphere he instills. It's one that's extremely unfamiliar (go ahead and chalk this up as a grave understatement), and we think for that reason, it'll have you absolutely hooked.
