London Summers is an emerging talent who clearly has plenty to say. A quick perusal of the artist’s Twitter will show a constant drip feed of short musings and poetic pairings, some of which have found their place on debut release “Downtown Savanna”, which we are sharing with you today. Now, whilst the overall theme of being stuck in a temperamental relationship is nothing new, London Summers is able to bring a fresh voice with the track. His lyrics are delivered with an effectual charm that flow perfectly with the dark groove of the downtempo production, and, from beginning to end, we hear all the workings of a well-crafted tune and a very exciting debut.
