Sandro Jeeawock first entered our attention when we came across his splendid remix of Yosef The Soul's also-awesome instrumental, "Heartless", last month, and today we've him in our focus again with his twinkling remix of the Local Native's "Colombia". Within his interpretive effort, Sandro includes smiling synths and a progressive bassline, keeping Taylor Rice's vocals largely intact in the process. It's a beautiful sound that emerges, strattling starry sonic lines while retaining enough of the original to pass as a kind of campfire-evening listen, though we'd endorse the track at all hours of the day.
