I'm not a particular fan of any of the rappers appearing on the original "Bodywork" track, and I'll probably never develop an actual interest in them. That's not a shot to Pusha T, Juicy J, Meek Mill, or French Montana, though; their style just isn't my own, and there are myriad other artists out there catching my ear more successfully. The irony of all that, though, is the fact that their aforementioned effort is the essential origin of this post, and consequently, the creative inspiration for producers LMC and Wayvee, who managed to turn the relatively stereotypical rap track into an instrumental rife with elegant bass. There's jazzy elements throughout the interpreation, too, providing for a lush listen that doubles as a banger.
