With so much music released, it's hard to continually across artists possessing sounds distinctive and captivating as four-piece LISS. We've covered their previous efforts, "Sorry" and "Without Me", and their sound seems to improve significantly with each new track. With the release of their debut EP, First, today, that trend doesn't fall away. The four-track debut body of work includes the songs mentioned above, a track carrying the name of the project, itself, and "Miles Apart". They all again highlight their refreshing, unique-as-hell vocals with rhythmic instrumentation to spare, and the end result in one groovy, genre-bending work overall. The quartet has removed all redundancies here usually inherent to debuts (eliminating filler tracks and leaving room for their best efforts), and they've proved themselves a force as a result. With this new project now out, LISS is going to be on tour in both Europe and North America this summer, so if you're in any of the area listed below, we highly encourage you to check them out.
