As every music lover always is, we're perpetually on the lookout for new, exciting sounds from equally new and exciting bands and artists. It's a rarity to come across such things, of course (everyone secretly believes they can make the next smash hit), but we definitely think we have something here with Life In Sweatpants and their debut track, "Girls". "Girls" is a sweeping, wholesome, sparkling pop track we think could become an anthem, and, certainly, with what perfect builds, relevant subject matter, and masterful hook it has, it's going to catch on in the blog world, at the very least. There's potential oozing out of this one at every musical pore, and we foresee ourselves (and others) playing it until their next track comes out.
