Nineteen-year-old Berlin artist LIA LIA has returned with her second left-of-center offering, and it's just as entrancing as her first, "OLYMP". "KIDS" is noticeably less dance-oriented than the prior one, with sparse instrumentation and LIA's sweetly sung vocal on top, and it feels nostalgic and innocent, which, with a title like "KIDS", feels more than appropriate. Having also directed all her own videos, LIA's proving to be the kind of self-sufficient, greatly developing artist we can have faith in, for sure.
