"Groovy" music comes in all shapes and sizes, and just because you've a lead and bass guitar on the track doesn't give you an automatic pass for the track being good. Take "Got It Bad", the debut track from no-info act LEISURE, for example. They've the typical instruments to make the track groovy, but that's not all the track is about. There's a coolness felt here, and even though you're not going to get off your seat to it, their psychedelic-sounding vocals alongside their reverb-heavy atmosphere is more than enough to have you listening to the work to the very end.
