Lazerbeak is known in our musical world as a member of the Doomtree collective as one of the in house producers who has a creative skill that is unmistakable. I pictured this album would be more along the lines of his counterpart Paper Tiger. With mostly instrumentals and vocal features from Doomtree members. But to an intriguing delight it is not what you will expect at all and that is a fresh look. If you do a quick google search on the man you will find out that before the Doomtree gig he was in a indie band called The Plastic Constellations who went on for 12 years and gained critical acclaim. Lazerbeak now has bloomed full circle on Legend Recognize Legend to incorporate everything he has learned in his music career to blend it all into a musical experience that will have you intrigued.
