There are a lot of fast-rising artists making soul music right now, but as far as standing out goes, Lawrence Taylor is one that's making a name for himself in a big, big way. The best part about his ascent, too, is that his buzz is building off of his music alone (he's also being tipped by Zane Lowe and has been featured in an ad for Tom Ford). Taylor's last track, "Bang Bang", is what has had everyone talking about him (it's the track that was featured in the aforementioned ad), and now with "Chains", his third ever, there are many more reasons to expect him to be well on his way to a big career in music soon.
