We loved Lauv's inaugural aural affair, the intimate and appealing pop of "The Other", and, for four months, we've been waiting to love whatever track the New York artist had to reveal next. Today, to the pleasure of many (including, obviously, ourselves), that wait ends, and we've the up-and-comer's especially confident second effort, "Reforget", to get back into his wonderful sound. "Reforget" is powerful, it is thoughtful, honest, precise, ready for the radio, and befitting for all situations where emotionally anthemic pieces are required. It's startlingly polished for a second work, and, in addition to its being a truly excellent track all around, it serves an exceptionally bright glimpse into bigger things ahead.
