Never one for just letting the music speak for itself, Lana Del Rey is just as prolific with videos as she is with her captivating sound. Using minimal and stylish aesthetics to portray her medium, the singer-songwriter is placed between scenes that go back and forth between what seems like the present day at a beach, and Hollywood back in the '50s, as she rides ever so sweetly in the back of a car, sucking on a cigarette with actor, Mark Mahoney. "West Coast" was released three weeks ago, but still, this song is holding its replay value, and you can expect it to appear somewhere on our year-end lists, no doubt.
