With the two previously released singles from La Roux's forthcoming album, there's no reason not to assume Trouble in Paradise is going to be flawless, because already today, we see the third track released from the new body of work, "Tropical Chancer", that further solidifies the magnitude of the new material. As the title suggests, this new track is a tropical-infused affair complete with Nile Rodgers-esque disco guitar plucks, shuffling dance percussion, and what we all associate with that tropical sound: the steel drum. We're just under a month away from the new album, so assuming there will be more material shared between now and then is not out of the question, but until we hear more, let this track hold you over.
