The tantalizing sounds here come courtesy of emerging talent KYYN, and, as the first track she's ever publicly released, we're thinking there will be lots more to come down the line (you'll hear why, when you listen, why that's such a good thing). As a pianist, KYYN has a deep understanding of the influence of composition, and this intimate knowledge permeates through to this track. With production partner JULIUS in her corner, they're able to translate inspiration from the ordinary into a beautifully structured arrangement of curious and abstract elements that vie for appeal, and, when coupled with the alluring vocals KYYN presents, the single really takes on life as one of the most interesting and engaging we've heard. KYYN is currently working on her self-titled debut EP upon which “Walk On Water” will appear, so stay tuned for further information as it comes to light.
