2013 is the year where the under 20 producers started to take over the world of electronic music. Sure Kyogi isn't one of the more well-known producers of that pack, but he damn well should be with the release of his new cut, "Higher". Plus being only 15 years old, really puts things into perspective... Based around a soulful vocal sample, "Higher" features a roller coasting ride of synth melodies that twist and contort in some fantastic ways.
