Despite the obvious hints from the album cover to that name, this dude is not from Japan but rather Blanc Mesnil, France. Kyo Itachi (stage name) draws from his influences of a sound reminiscent of Pete Rock, Khrysis, Marco Polo, Kno, 9th Wonder..etc. The emcees that Kyo got down with on this album is pretty impresive.
