Fragics has a knack for creating provocatively downtempo electronic music; it's something we've come to expect from the UK-based producer and vocalist and the back of his two previously released originals, "Airports" and "Won't Let You", and although it's been seven months since he's released any new material, we're being given the next best thing today with a remix of Koda and Bijou's "There". Truthfully, if there ever were a track for Fragics to inject his sound into, it would be the already-eerie "There", as the original is quite the foreboding piece of music. And though there's not quite a discernible difference between the remix and original at first, when you listen on, you notice that Fragic's uncanny atmosphere only needs a bit of time to unfold created. Wobbly synths and heavy-set percussion eventually blow the track wide open, only to settle it back down at the end. There's clearly a point of making things unconventional here, so if you like your music spacey and coming from left field, this remix is going to be one you love.
