Having removed his past work, mysterious UK artist Karnaval Blues is introducing his ethereal, cloudy electronic to the music world today on an official remix of a Klangstof favorite, "We Are Your Receiever". Taking on (and rethinking) Klangstof's work is by no means a walk in the park, but the Leeds-residing producer knows exactly how to go about it, giving the original a rich, downtempo lift that seriously works. The downcast, uniquely crafted hooks make for some of the finest meditative electronic we've heard in a while, providing for quite an opening to Karnaval Blues' sound.
