In the recent past, there have been multitudes of new duos putting out substantial music, and next up in the movement is Kito & Reija Lee, two childhood friends hailing from Perth but currently situated in London. After taking some time off from a promising debut album released in 2011 on Diplo's Mad Decent label, the girls are back with a brand new single, "Starting Line". Right from the start, the track embraces a bold, polished feel. Kito's productional prowess features strong percussion and engaging electronic elements, both of which complement Reija Lee's stirring vocals brilliantly. And while tons of new electro-pop efforts are constantly appearing, this particular duo distances themselves from others with their intense, edgy style.
