King Isis out of Chicago keeps it liquid and low. 'MAKE IT UP' sits in that pocket between R&B and neo-soul, her voice loose and confident over a track that doesn't rush anything. The production is minimal by design, giving her room to do exactly what she says. Keep an ear on her.
