With Kid Cudi's new album being delayed (there's no new date announced just yet) after its scheduled release yesterday, we now find two tracks emerged from Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin’ today. "Frequency" is one we've technically already heard, but "Surfin'"—a track that features Pharrell—is one we've not. Now, forecasting the rest of his upcoming body of work based on what we've heard so far is a crapshoot, but based on what we have here, we've a good feeling Cudi isn't again messing around.
