Normally come mid-August I'd be gearing up the laments to the coming end of summer, but since September is the month Keep Shelly in Athens are dropping their uber-anticipated LP At Home, this year I'm making an exception. Their latest teaser from the album is the gorgeous and ephemeral track "Oostende," which follows in the same vein as their previous release "Recollection" with haunting vocals and an almost existential beat - this is what you would be listening to on a spirit quest.
