Feed The Light

We're all too familiar with the angle that Katie Miller's new demo track, "Feed The Light", is coming from, and the addicting sounds it provides are certainly enough to speak for themselves. Spearheaded by a prominent percussion section, we’ve a track that’s as catchy as it is spirited, and that's only the pinnacle of what we would expect from a softer-edged indie-pop effort. Karma Artists has consistently bred a successful blend of artists in the past, ranging from the quality remixes of Monsieur Adi's, to the ethereal tracks of Katie Miller here, and with a fresh single from the latter, the quality of music is kept at a consistently high level. Miller’s vocals—with their easy-riding flow prominently displayed—are what we find to be especially commendable on the effort, and they're consistent with all the artistic elements that have been cast with earlier singles “Collar Up” and “Fortify”. “Feed The Light” puts a wide-brimmed smile on our faces, and we’re addicted to it for that reason. Be sure to give a meticulous play to the 19-year-old singer-songwriter’s latest piece, therefore, as we can bet that you’ll be just as engulfed in the excellence of the effort. Although "Feed The Night" is not included on it, Kate Miller's debut EP, Neophyte, is available now on iTunes.
