We covered Katelyn Tarver's incredibly poppy, absolutely infectious "Weekend Millionaires" five months ago when it came out, and, today, we get to premiere an equally upbeat and altogether incredible remix of the track from production pair Samuraii. With additions of excitingly rhythmic synth lines, bass, and other instrumentations, Samuraii is able to create a nice sonic backdrop for Tarver's terrific lines to shine still, and, even when their drop commences, they keep things tame enough to not overwhelm or repulse in any sense. Often with these kind of remixes, we come across eye-roll-inducing inclusions, but Samuraii keeps things clean here, and it results in a polished and truly triumphant work that fans of pop and/or electronic will love.
