With only two originals to her name., Swedish artist Kassandra has been taking the slow road in her musical career. Now, with a record deal with Capitol, she's looking to breakthrough with her brand-new track, "No Longer Lovers", and, after listening to it, we think she's well on her way. Upon first listen to the track (and, also, while comparing them to her older ones), it's clear Kassandra is primed here to make a bigger impression. Her production is a lot more pronounced and cleaner, and there's a distinct pop sensibility and appeal as well. It's going to bode very well for her, of course, and we're excited to see what else she has in store. "No Longer Lovers" is a great step.
