In the fall of 2010, leading up to the release of his fifth album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Kanye West released a new track every Friday in what is now remembered as the "G.O.O.D. Fridays". Now, in 2016, Kanye is returning to that technique for the running up to his new album, SWISH, and, as fans of his music for some time, we're absolutely thrilled about that news. We're hoping that the trend continues up to (and through) the release of that new work, but, even if it does not, we're excited that the past is being paid here some mind. "REAL FRIENDS" is the second Ty Dolla $ign-featured track released as part of the revitalized trend (we're assuming "FACTS" was the first, as it was released in a similar vein last week as well), and we're hoping to see it alongside the other as part of the larger work that SWISH will turn out to be.
