When Yeezus was released, it immediately became apparent that there would be no songs suited to be played in a club environment, let alone even a casual setting. The general consensus of the album as a whole is split between a work of art and controversial trash. We have heard quite a few Yeezus remixes by now but none of them have really caught on in the club scene yet…until now. Enter French producer DJ Snake, who turns the dark toned theme of “New Slaves” into a trap banger that is appropriate for any setting. Though it may start out as the album version, it only takes forty five seconds for the build up to start pumping through the speakers then it's aural bliss from then on out. After hearing this, I'm really interested to see what he could do with “Blood on the Leaves.”
