Jaytee is another exciting electronic artist coming out of Australia at the moment. We've been following along with each of his releases, and whether they've been originals or remixes, the guy has always brought production that is full of life. You can imagine our surprise (and subsequent shock) when we found out that we completely missed his two-month-old remix of Kanye's Holy Name of Mary Choral Family-sampling "On Sight", then, and although our cool-factor has taken a hit with tardiness, we're still posting the track, because it's that good. On Yeezus (the album from which "On Sight" is originally a part), "On Sight" was one of the more polarizing tracks with its harsh-sounding temperament. But what everyone really loved was the sample that Kanye used ("He'll Give Us What We Really Need" by Holy Name of Mary Choral Family). It was barely implemented in the track, and when it was used, you wished it was utilized more (we're talking about the part midway through), but now offering us an effort that uses the sample more to our liking is our guy Jaytee, who, rather than technically remixing "On Sight", has merged Kanye's version with the original, adding his own huge-sounding electronic into the mix in the process. So for anyone who's wanted to hear a proper interpretation of the two songs, sounds, or whatever you want to call them, this one is what you've been waiting patiently for.
