This morning we are pleased to introduce you to KALEIDA, an exciting new two-piece based out of the UK. Coming together from the US and Norway, Christina Wood (vocals) and Cicely Goulder (keys & production) bonded over their mutual love of synthesizers and all things Nordic, and it is a good thing too, as it formed the first spark of life from which KALEIDA grew. Back in February the duo released "Think" as a demo on YouTube which amassed an impressive 230K views in its first week before they decided to pull it in order give the single the release it deserved. Having not heard the demo, we cannot attest to what adjustments were made. What we do know with great certainty is that this is one damn-fine pop tune. The electronic elements are subtle, yet effectual, the production is smooth as silk, and Christina is carrying one of the most compelling female voices in the game right now.
