In case you missed her earlier in the year, Kacy Hill is a new pop artist that's being tipped by one particularly influential Kanye West. Her first track, "Experience", was justification for his rare co-sign (she's signed to his label), and, now, the Phoenix-raised singer-songwriter is back with her second-ever, Jack Garratt-produced track, "Foreign Fields", that shows why she's acclaimed as she is. There's no word yet on when the track will officially be out (it will be out on her debut Bloo EP releasing sometime in the fall), but, from the looks of some posts on her social media, the video for the track will be coming out very soon.
