Yesterday we were reminded again of the most overwhelming trend in musical talent: the lessening of age combined with the otherwordly increase in creative expression and finely assembled crafts. Unlike many of modernity's fads, however, this one is not forcible; it's only from inspiration, uncanny ability, and enthusiastic persistence that such kinds of works are able to be produced. And I am referring, of course, to the seventeen-year-old producer, Tajan, who has managed to establish himself as one the most exciting new producers of the year, despite having only a handful of sounds to his name. The thing is, with such work as his "Until The End Of Time" remix, sampling the likes of JT and Beyonce, it's painfully apparent that he deseveres to be mentioned alongside the great producers of our time. Within his energized variant of the aforementioned single, Tajan injects a safe dose of synth and sampling, remaining careful not to crush the integrity of Timberlake's iconic voice. And as the song unwinds, and Beyonce enters, we're delivered to an equally melodic, and somewhat more uplifting tone of sound that Tajan concocts in effortlessly ecstatic fasion. As a whole, "Until The End Of Time" stands out as an iconic accomplishment amidst a new wave of surging production talent, and we can say with relative certainty that Tajan is an individual we'll be featuring regularly on the site.
