'Peaches' is the rare pop record that sounds expensive without feeling sterile. Daniel Caesar and GIVEON bring unmistakable vocal contrast, and the production from Harv and others keeps things warm, almost retro in its smoothness. Bieber sounds more at ease here than anywhere else on Justice. One of the stronger pop singles in years.
