Justice Skolnik, a rising electronic producer from San Francisco, has been pumping out impressive original and remix tracks, and here with "You Could Be Down", he has one of the former that has a nice Brandy sample that's caught our ear. Through and through, the effort is one harboring melodic futuristic bass, and, though heavily saturated in the music scene, it works out here well. Justice takes a methodical approach before absolutely letting the track fly, and we're pretty keen on the pace used.
