It seems Jungle impressed so much with their debut EP, The Heat, that the big players over at XL Recordings took notice and snatched them up. We're sure some toes were stepped on in that regard, but when tracks like "Busy Earnin'" are coming out from the group, it's no wonder industry members and fans alike have been drooling over the act. "Busy Earnin'" pulls influences from the soul & funk era of the 70's whilst moulding them with a modernized flair, and this results in an affluent sound that is charming and pop-sensibile in every sense of the word. Jungle may not have been penned as an act to look out for in 2014, but now with XL Recordings behind them, you may want to go back and add them ASAP.
Jungle
