July Stars is the second album from the Polish band June. The group consists of 3 producers/musicians: John Smoczyński, Robert Cichy and Krzysztof Pacan. For July Stars they have linked up with a plethora of artists from all kinds of genres in Poland. If you ever had questions about music from Poland, this album should answer that question pretty fast. This album is one of the most intriguing albums I have heard in a minute. You can't really put your words down to a basic description of July Stars because over the course of this 2 disc album you will find the first half (July) of the album led by bluesy-soul and the second half (Stars) featuring Polish female vocalists on the r&b-neo-soul tip. "Depravity" & "Air" are from disc 1 (July) and "Rocket Boy", "Rock On" are from disc 2 (Stars). Purchase on itunes.
