Joy Bishop and Jeffery Downer are both experienced in the music world, having been involved in bands in the past, but their collaborative project, Joy Downer, is a recent development. The husband-wife duo, named because of the oxymoronic name change that Joy faces, just released their first project a couple months ago, and, from it we're especially fond of the offering "Stranger Places".
