We can question Jon Waltz's release strategy to this point (his last single, "Riot", came out in 2016), but we cannot question the quality of his releases. With each put out, the Memphis artist manages to capture a fresh slice of magic and craft productions that are both familiar and new, and, while many artists strive to construct a world within their full projects, Waltz builds worlds within single songs.
