There’s a whole lot to love about Jon Bellion’s latest festival-alluding single, “Woodstock (Psychedelic Fiction)”. Lyrically, we’re taken to a place that the track's namesake would suggest, as Bellion’s story speaks to drugs, music, and the outdoors (three key components of music festivals as a whole), and on the sonic side of things, the track has a more eclectic feel, too, which is to be expected from someone as creatively diverse as Jon. Always, a unique brand of pop is boasted by the artist, and here through what percussion sections and low-running synths he lays out, we've a piece that’s both impressive on the surface, and down below where the feelings count.
