Toronto artist Joël showed promise through his softly released tracks over the past few years, but, then, he leveled up with recent singles "TYPE" and "VENT". Making use of unconventional sounds from producer Colin Munroe and deeply ruminated lyrics, he's now starting to carve his lane in the R&B-soul world, and his latest piece here, "Everything's Cool", is another step in the right direction. Joël wrote "Everything's Cool" to articulate having to present yourself in a calm or happy disposition despite dealing with internal struggles, and the single is another relatable, yet insightful effort that'll certainly attract new listeners and please old. Be sure not to miss it, and definitely look out for more.
