Despite not being regarded as much of a musical hotbed, Springfield, Missouri, has produced one very intriguing new act in Joe Saan, who caught our attention with his latest track, "Lavender and Sage". On it, Saan emanates the warm wooziness of a sunny, love-soaked summer, and he does so through sultry guitar, uniquely layered vocals, and spirited lyrics as well.
