The likes of The 1975, St. Lucia, and LANY have impressed with their colorful and bursting brand(s) of indie, alternative, and pop. More than just the music, though, they've personality to them as well, and that crucial artistic accompaniment is what has made for them so many loyal and rabid fans. Today, through our own label, 20XX, we're introducing another of these hybrid acts, joan, which, while just starting out, has the tangibles—and intangibles—that the above groups have. Unlike the above groups, the guys hail from a non-musical town in Little Rock, but, obscure city aside, they've an exciting sound and fluorescent personalities to match. "Take me on", their debut track that you can listen to on Spotify and below, is one you're going to like, and, after listening to it, you're definitely going to want to keep an eye on what musical and social media pages they have. They've laughs and more inviting sounds in them—things we want all our favorite artists to have.
