MASSEA really came out of the woodwark with his quietly composed brand of "Doing It Wrong" that we featured a day ago on the site (listen HERE). The track provided some seriously soothing vibes while earning repeat listens, and it had us hoping for more material from the young LA producer. MASSEA heard our plea, obviously (thankfully), because a bootleg of JMSN's spectacular "The One" just surfaced on his SoundCloud, and it's utterly fantastic. The stark sonic sincerity on the original is kept intact by MASSEA, who lines the sound with some rhythmic percussion, and halfway through the interpretation, there's injected a bit of a bassier bang, supplementing the background synths and vocal cries to perfection.
